We refer to our letter about automatic enrolment into a pension scheme, in which we wrote that information, as required by the law would be given to you. 

You are an active member of a qualifying scheme.  Therefore, as long as you remain a member of it or another qualifying scheme, we are not required to enrol you into a pensions scheme or to provide any information to you.  If however on any date you cease to be an active member of our or any qualifying scheme (without ceasing to be employed by the us) by reason of something other than your act or omission, we will arrangements by which you become an active member of an automatic enrolment scheme with effect from the day following that date.
